CT Technologist (Computed Tomography)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts available | Holiday and call coverage required as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures within a fast-paced Diagnostic Radiology department serving OR, ER, inpatient, and outpatient populations
• Operate Philips iPatient 64-slice and big bore 16-slice CT equipment
• Utilize Cerner EMR for patient documentation and imaging workflow
• Assist with C-arm procedures in the OR setting; OR-provided scrubs required for those cases
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled; call requirements will be discussed during the interview process
• Maintain active ARRT, BLS, and California Fluoroscopy certification throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification required
• California Fluoroscopy (Fluoro) certification required
• BLS certification required
• Rad Tech I or Rad Tech II licensure with CT experience required
• Minimum 2 years of CT experience required
• Must be comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced radiology environment and able to work independently as a self-starter

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Level II Trauma experience preferred
• Experience working in both inpatient and outpatient radiology settings
• Familiarity with C-arm operation in an OR environment
