CT Technologist – Radiology/Cardiology

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Onsite | Monday – Friday, Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, 5x8 Hours) | Weekends and holidays as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT and X-ray imaging procedures in accordance with department protocols and patient care standards
• Operate and maintain CT equipment to ensure accurate and high-quality diagnostic imaging
• Collaborate with radiologists, cardiologists, and clinical staff to support patient care and imaging workflows
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and facility compliance requirements, including Fluoroscopy protocols
• Float within the hospital to support other imaging areas as needed

Required Qualifications

• ARRT (R)(CT) certification required at time of submittal
• CRT (California Radiologic Technology license) required at time of submittal
• Fluoroscopy permit required at time of submittal
• BLS certification required at time of submittal
• Valid California state license required at time of submission
• Minimum 4–5 years of CT and X-ray experience
• Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Trauma imaging experience, preferably at a Level 2 Trauma Center or higher
• Experience in a teaching hospital environment
• Two supervisor references preferred
