Occupational Therapist (OT) – Travel Contract

Lynnwood, WA | Acute Rehabilitation Hospital

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Onsite | Expected 36 hours/week | Weekend coverage expected approximately once per month

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized occupational therapy treatment to patients recovering from stroke, traumatic brain injury (TBI), spinal cord injury, debility, and related conditions in an inpatient acute rehabilitation setting
• Develop and implement customized rehabilitation plans aimed at maximizing patient independence, function, and quality of life
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately using EPIC and Rehab Connect electronic health record systems
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to support each patient's recovery journey
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and team members in both verbal and written English

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid OT licensure/certification required
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with electronic health record systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work cooperatively as a team player in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in acute care, skilled nursing, or inpatient rehabilitation hospital settings
• Familiarity with treating patients diagnosed with stroke, TBI, spinal cord injury, or debility
• Experience with EPIC and/or Rehab Connect EHR platforms
