Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services across two care settings, with shifts split between facilities throughout the week
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to support functional independence and rehabilitation goals
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and applicable state regulations
- Maintain and present a valid state or federal issued photo ID at all times while on site; wear a facility-issued photo badge throughout each shift
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of Washington
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility access
- Ability to work across multiple care settings within the same work week
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or veterans' care settings
- Comfort working in a shared or split-site assignment
