Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Shifts vary between 8:00 AM–4:30 PM and 10:30 AM–7:00 PM, with one later shift per week, one weekend per month, and one holiday rotation

Key Responsibilities

Provide inpatient acute physical therapy evaluation and treatment services
Deliver patient care across rotating shift schedules, including occasional evening shifts, weekend coverage, and holiday assignments
Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately within the electronic health record system
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery and discharge planning

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license for the state of California required
BLS certification required
Inpatient acute care experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience with Epic electronic health record system
