CT Technologist – Radiology/Cardiology

Key Responsibilities

Perform CT imaging across a diverse patient population including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
Support CT imaging needs for Emergency Department and Level I Trauma populations
Conduct abdominal, pelvic, chest, head and neck CT imaging with and without contrast; vascular chest CTA, brain perfusion, and vascular CTA
Perform cervical, lumbar, and thoracic spine imaging as well as musculoskeletal trauma studies
Manage contrast media preparation and administration, radiation safety protocols, and peripheral IV placement
Operate Philips CT scanner and document within the Centricity RIS-IC charting system

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience
Emergency Department and Level I Trauma experience required
ARRT (CT) certification required
BLS certification required
Valid state license or certification required at time of submission
PA Fingerprints (Childline) required; must be completed within one week of contract signing
Candidates must live within 50 miles of the facility to be considered local; a local rate differential applies

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience with Philips CT scanner equipment
Familiarity with Centricity RIS-IC charting system
Experience working in high-volume, trauma-level imaging environments
