Contract | Travel | Monday – Friday, 8-hour Days (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy evaluation and treatment to patients in an acute rehab unit (ARU) setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and improve patient outcomes
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner using facility EMR systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to coordinate patient care
• Maintain current Physical Therapist licensure and adhere to all applicable state and facility regulations

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Florida
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) documentation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an LTACH, acute rehab, or similar inpatient setting
• Familiarity with Protouch and/or Net Health EMR platforms
• Strong ability to manage a diverse patient caseload in a fast-paced clinical environment
