Key Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services within a long-term acute care (LTACH) rehabilitation setting
Treat patients presenting with complex diagnoses including respiratory failure, neurological conditions, stroke, and traumatic brain injury (TBI)
Utilize a fully equipped therapy gym to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation interventions
Collaborate within a strong interdisciplinary team environment to support patient recovery and functional goals
Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately within the facility's electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) state license — required
Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
Ability to work day shift hours in an onsite LTACH rehabilitation environment
No float requirements for this position

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience treating patients with respiratory failure, neurological conditions, stroke, or TBI in an acute or LTACH setting
Comfort working within an interdisciplinary team model with a collaborative, team-first approach
Familiarity with LTACH rehabilitation workflows and patient populations
