🏥 RN Operating Room – Transplant (Liver Focus)

⏰ Shift Details

• Schedule: 4x10s (Day Shift)
• Timing: 06:45 AM – 05:15 PM
• Call Requirement:
  • 1 shift per week
  • 2 weekend 12-hour shifts/month

🧠 Role Overview

• Primary focus on Liver Transplant cases
• Will assist with Heart, Lung, and Kidney transplants if needed
• Expected to scrub & circulate as required

❗ NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of DIRECT transplant OR experience
  • Must include: Liver, Heart, Lung, Kidney
• Must have experience implanting organs (NOT just harvesting)
• Strong experience must be clearly listed on skills checklist
• Must be proficient with:
  • Misonix / CUSA equipment

📜 Certifications Required

• BLS & ACLS (AHA or American Red Cross) – required at submission
• NIHSS – must obtain before start

📅 Start Date

• 3–4 weeks from offer (next orientation cycle)
