High-Paying Travel RN Opportunity – Case Manager

Pay: $3,339/week
Location: Oakland, California
Start Date: Apr 27, 2026
Duration: 26 Weeks
Shift: Day (5x8s, 08:00 AM – 04:30 PM)
Schedule: Every other weekend required

Position: RN – Case Manager

We’re hiring an experienced Case Manager RN for a 26-week travel assignment. This role focuses on care coordination and care transitions for acute care patients, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes and efficient utilization of resources.

Requirements:

Active CA RN License
BLS Certification
5+ years RN Case Management experience
Inpatient Acute Case Management experience required
Travel experience required

Key Responsibilities:

Patient assessment and ongoing care planning
Care coordination and transitions across the continuum
Utilization review: admission criteria, continued stay, concurrent review
Discharge planning and follow-up care
Collaboration with physicians, social workers, payers, and community resources
Regulatory compliance: CMS, DRG, COPs, and state/federal guidelines
