Position Overview:
We are seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for an Acute Care Float Pool position. This role requires flexibility to float across Med Surg, ICU, and Telemetry units, providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic hospital setting.
Job Details:
- Travel RN – Acute Care Float Pool (Nights)
- Location: Washington, MO 63090
- Shift: Nights 3x12 - (07:00 PM - 07:00 AM)
- Duration: 13 weeks
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care across multiple acute care units
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans Implement and evaluate nursing interventions
- Monitor patient conditions and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality outcomes
- Adapt quickly to varying unit workflows and patient populations
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, standards, and the Missouri Nurse Practice Act
