Job Title:: RN Case Manager
Location: Burlingame, CA 94010
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day (5x8) Variable start times between 7am and 3:330pm; (07:00 - 15:30) or (15:00 - 23:30)

Job Description:
Job Description: Case Manager required to be cross trained on all units to work in as needed, Acute Care experience required

Requirements:

RN License
BLS
5 years' experience in case management nursing.
CCM/ACM
