Hourly Pay: $39/hr on W2
Housing Stipend: $700 weekly
Meals: $540 weekly
Weekly Gross: $2,800 weekly for 40 hours

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position - RN-Case Manager
Location - 1401 East State Street, Rockford, IL 61104

JOB DETAILS:
Full Time - 13 weeks contract
Day Shift - 6:30 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 7:30 pm - 4X10 hour shifts with rotational call.
Work Location - On Location
Ability to commute/relocate: Rockford, IL 61104: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide perioperative nursing care in preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases
Prepare operating room, ensuring availability and proper functioning of instruments and equipment
Maintain sterile field and ensure strict adherence to aseptic technique
Assist surgeons during procedures as a circulating and/or scrub nurse
Perform patient identification, site verification, and surgical safety time-outs
Monitor patient status and respond to changes during surgical procedures
Coordinate care with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical team members
Ensure proper positioning, prepping, and draping of patients for procedures
Manage surgical counts (sponges, sharps, instruments) to ensure patient safety
Document intraoperative care, procedures, and patient responses accurately
Handle and label surgical specimens according to protocol
Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
Assist with post-operative transfer and handoff to recovery room (PACU) staff

REQUIREMENT:
Must have strong skill set, robotics and neuro exp - Required

BLS, IL RN License - Required
