Description

Duties:

Plan and Develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitor performance for patient care, assess units w with nurse managers and communicates and assists w with any corrective action. Develop Record keeping system to record medication errors/counselling.

 

Skills:

Required Skills & Experience: -Seven (7) years of experience is required Five (5) of which were in a supervisory role in NICU, PICU, and/or general pediatrics. 

 

Education:

Required: Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited Nursing Program. 

Preferred Education: -Master's degree in Nursing. 

Required Certifications & Licensure: -RN License. -Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED). BLS.
