Job Title: RN – Pediatric Ambulatory
Location: Liverpool, NY 13090
Shift: Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Duration: Contract
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for an Ambulatory care setting. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Room patients and obtain accurate vital signs
- Administer immunizations as per guidelines
- Perform hearing and vision screenings
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments
- Deliver safe and effective patient care in an ambulatory setting
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team
Required Qualifications:
- Active New York State RN License
- BLS Certification (must be current or eligible for recertification)
- Minimum 1.5 years of recent acute care experience (within last 2 years)
- Experience in hospitals of similar or larger size/trauma centers (for travelers)
- Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills
