Description

Travel Emergency Room RN – NOC Shift

📍 Location: Fall River Mills, California
📆 Duration: 13 Weeks
⏰ Shift: NOC (4:00 PM – 4:30 AM)
🕒 Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

Perform rapid and accurate patient assessments and prioritize care needs
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
Administer treatments, medications, and emergency interventions as ordered
Assist with procedures such as IV starts, EKGs, and blood draws
Initiate life-saving measures following ACLS/PALS protocols
Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment
Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked work environment
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
Collaborate with Charge Nurse, physicians, and other departments as needed

Requirements

Active California RN License (in good standing)
Minimum 2 years of ER experience (1 year required, 2+ preferred)
Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Certifications (Required)

BLS / ACLS / PALS / NRP
TNCC (required within 1 year if not currently held)
