Note: At least 1 year inpatient dialysis Epic exp required, within past 12 months preferred 

Can start 5/18, 6/8, or 6/22/2026

Day/Evening, 12-hr shifts, 0830 - 2030, every other weekend, holidays if needed. Weekday, weekend on-call responsibility may be assigned as needed (not to exceed 3 on-call shifts per six weeks)

Must have at least 2 years of inpatient Hemodialysis experience in Level 1 - Trauma or similar size hospital. 
Must have experience with adults and peds
EPIC experience required. 

WI RN or compact RN License required
BLS, ACLS, PALS required - AHA ONLY
Traveler will be required to pass Telemetry test prior to start.
