DISCHARGE RN
Experience:
- Required Work Experience: 2 years of RN experience required
- Go over discharge tasks, taking them over to the family, providing customer service and making sure that the patient is good to go before they go home. (Client would like Med Tele, Step Down candidate, PACU last resort)
- Experience as a discharge RN
- Excellent and clear communication skillset are required
- Hospital needs clear and meaningful communicators to improve our outcomes
