We are currently seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a Home Health opportunity in The Villages, FL. This assignment offers the chance to work independently while providing high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting. - Evaluate and treat patients in their homes
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Complete point-of-care documentation
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and safety recommendations
