Description
- Active California RN License (or pending license, must be active by start date).
- Minimum 3 years acute care Utilization Review/Care Management experience in a hospital setting (not health plan or medical group).
- Recent Epic experience (within the last 6–12 months) – Hard Stop.
- InterQual experience required – Hard Stop.
- Experience with admission reviews, concurrent reviews, appeals/denials, medical necessity reviews, prior authorizations, and Medicare regulations (CC44s, ABNs, HINNs, MCSNs).
- Acute care experience in ICU, Medical-Surgical, or Surgical Services.
- Travel experience required; seasoned traveler preferred.

Cons
Staff constantly switched. My documents weren't sent to the school, resulting in a months lost pay. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get on touch with anyone to answer questions. I have been attempting to reach them for over a month with absolutely no response! They lose paperwork (tests, immunizations, background checks and fingerprints) resulting in even more lost work.
