Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate of Science in Nursing
Description
- Manage Perioperative (OR) & Endoscopy departments on a 24/7 basis
- Lead daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and department performance
- Oversee departmental budget, FTEs, and resource utilization
- Ensure high-quality patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff while fostering a positive team culture
- Collaborate with physicians, directors, and hospital leadership
- Drive process improvement and operational efficiency
- Support staff education and professional development
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, accreditation, and quality standards
- Recent Epic experience required
Requirements:
- BSN required
- Active California RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- 3+ years of Perioperative/Endoscopy clinical experience
- 1+ year of leadership or management experience
- Leadership experience in both Perioperative (OR) and Endoscopy required
