Lake Centre for Rehab is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient contract in The Villages, Florida. Join a well-established private practice dedicated to helping patients restore function, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy through evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, balance training, gait training, and functional mobility interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Complete timely EMR documentation and collaborate with the rehabilitation team.
