- Job Title: Registered Nurse – Case Manager
- Facility: Sutter Health Mills-Peninsula Medical Center
- Location: 1501 Trousdale Dr, Burlingame, CA 94010
- Start Date: 08/10/2026
- Duration: 13 Weeks
- Shift: 5x8 Days/Mids (07:00 AM–03:30 PM or 03:00 PM–11:30 PM)
- Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Requirements
- Active California RN License required.
- AHA BLS Certification required.
- CCM or ACM Certification required.
- Minimum 5 years of acute care inpatient Case Management experience.
- Strong hospital-based discharge planning and Emergency Department Case Management experience.
- Knowledge of California insurance requirements and county discharge regulations.
- Must be able to float to all units and work every other weekend as needed.
