Description

Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Location: Utica, New York
Shift: Day (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM)
Hours per Week: 36
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Work in Labor & Delivery unit with 18 beds including triage, antepartum, ORs for c-sections, recovery, and L&D beds.
Patient population includes pregnant patients (antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum), gynecology, and newborns.
Floating to other units is required.
Use of specialty equipment such as OBIX (interface feeding data into Stork system).
EMR experience required: EPIC and Stork.

Required Qualifications

Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Valid RN license in New York
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
4 years of Labor and Delivery experience
One completed travel assignment
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NRP
Driver's License
Experience with Epic
