Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical

7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Specialty Details

Medical-surgical nursing with a rare pediatric patient population
Typical patient diagnoses include CHF, COPD, syncope, non-STEMI, DKA, wound issues, THR, TKR, lumbar surgery, general surgery, and COVID
Typical nurse-to-patient ratio is 7:1, with 8:1 being rare

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New York
Med Surg (2 years of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

ACLS certification
PALS certification
