Description
Registered Nurse (RN)
- Provide safe, patient- and family-centered care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
- Assess patient needs, develop and update individualized care plans, and monitor patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and discharge planning.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
- Supervise and mentor licensed and unlicensed staff while promoting teamwork and quality improvement.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and evidence-based nursing practices.
- Prioritize care for complex patients, maintain accurate documentation, and promote a safe healthcare environment.
