o   Minimum Years of Experience required? 2 years of EP experience
o   Will you accept a first-time traveler? No
?       Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
o   Cardiac Patient, Transplant patient
?       Required License, National Certification, Certs:
o   BLS, ACLS
o   ARRT or RCIS (preference for ARRT)
?       Skills required:
o   Scrub and monitor all EP cases
?       Support within the Department:
o   Nurse Manager
o   Charge
o   RT 24/7
o   Hospitalists 24/7
o   Intensivists 24/7
o   NPs and Fellows
o   Cardiologists
?       Technology/Equipment:
o   EMR: Cerner
o   IV Pump: Alaris
o   Med dispensing: Omnicell 
o   Monitors: McKesson
o   Unit specific equipment: Phillips, Siemens, St. Jude, Steritaxis
?       Floating: If yes, where?
o   To Cath Lab
?       Orientation (facility and unit): 
o   4-5 days 
?       Scheduling:
o   Weekend rotation: No weekends 
o   On call? No, but will stay late various days 
o   Holiday Expectations: Based on unit needs 
o   Approval of RTO: NM approval 
o   Shift times: 0700-1630
