Registered Nurse — Med Surg/Telemetry
Location
- Kingman, Arizona
Contract
- 13 weeks
- 36 hours per week
- 12-hour day shifts
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- ACLS
- BLS
- At least 1 year of acute care experience
- EKG competency
- Meditech experience
Job Responsibilities
- Provide care for 5 to 6 inpatients with medical or surgical issues/procedures
- Float to med-surg remote telemetry units
- Occasional float to PCU if needed
Schedule
- Every other weekend or one weekend shift per week
Unit Details
- Nurse-to-patient ratio: 5-6:1
- Remote telemetry unit
- Navy blue dress code
Orientation
- 12 hours of non-billable orientation
- 2 to 3 shifts of floor orientation
- 8 hours of hospital orientation on a Monday
Additional Notes
- Local candidates are not accepted within a 50-mile radius
- Client may call off or cancel up to one shift per two weeks
