chedule: 5×8 days — Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Wed 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Hours: 40 guaranteed/week
Experience: 2+ years required
Travel: At least 1 previous travel assignment required
Required: ARRT(R), ACLS, BLS + Fluoro Permit
License: MD license required
Must Have: IR experience and strong scrubbing experience
Required Skills: IR/vascular/pain procedures, thrombectomy, angiography, embolization, drain/catheter placement, contrast and IV starts
Equipment: Philips Azurion C-arm + portable C-arm
Charting: Cerner
Call/Weekends: No call or weekends
Holiday: Every other holiday required
Locals: Accepted within 60 miles at a lower rate
RTO: Max 7 days; none during first 2 weeks
Flu Vaccine: Required, no exemptions
COVID Vaccine: Not required
EKG: Must pass Relias exam with 80% overall + 100% on lethal rhythms
