  • Position / Title: Neuro Telemetry - RN
  • Facility Name: Dignity Chandler Regional Medical Center (Unit: D4 Neuro)
  • Location: 1955 W Frye Rd, Chandler, AZ 85224
  • VMS Req ID / Job ID: 1163288 / Bullhorn Job ID: [Enter ID if needed]
  • Target Start Date: Contract Assignment (Auto-offer off clinical recommendation)
  • Shift Details: Nights (12-hour shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM; every other weekend requirement)

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of recent experience within the past 6 months.
  • License & Certifications: Active RN license. Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
  • Pre-Offer / Day 1 Testing:
    • Must pass a dysrhythmia exam through RELIAS within 48 hours of receiving the offer (maximum 2 attempts).
    • Must pass a Day 1 orientation Pass/Fail exam with an emphasis on sterile field (study materials provided).

Clinical & Unit Overview

  • Unit Details: 28-bed Neuro unit handling neuro post-surgical, post-craniotomy, spine, and CVA post-TPA patients (no ICP monitoring).
  • Patient Ratios: 1:3–4 (supported by PCTs at roughly 1 per 16 patients).
  • Telemetry & Monitoring: Centralized telemetry; RNs must be able to interpret EKGs.

Th recruiters are super nice and helpful.

Cons

Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
