Job Description:
Position: CT Technologist
Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Setting: Pediatric Hospital
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule:
- 3x12s or 4x10s
- Rotating shift times based on department needs
- Primarily nights
- Weekdays and weekends
- 36 or 40 hours per week
- Shift flexibility strongly preferred
Travel Pay Package:
- $3,601 per week total for 36 hours. Includes base pay, housing, meals and incidentals
- $3,907 per week total for 40 hours. Includes base pay, housing, meals and incidentals
Local Pay Package:
- $2,610 per week total for 36 hours
- $2,900 per week total for 40 hours
Overview:
- Perform routine CT imaging examinations on both scheduled and emergency patients
- Review and evaluate CT procedure requisitions for appropriateness and accuracy
- Obtain patient histories and explain imaging procedures
- Follow departmental quality control and exam workflow expectations
- Verify patient identity using established safety protocols
- Assist with General X-Ray duties when needed
- Work in a high-acuity pediatric imaging environment

- 8 hours unbilled orientation

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year Pediatric experience required
- Minimum 1 year CT experience required
- Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist License required
- ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) required
- BLS required
- Proficient IV placement skills required
- Proficient with Citrix, Radnet, PowerChart, Allocade, Radstar, Radboard, and other radiology software applications
- Must be willing to assist in General X-Ray when needed
