RN Case Manager – Travel Assignment
Position: RN Case Manager
Shift: Days, 5×8s — 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Weekend: Every other weekend
Call: No
Key Requirements
- CA RN License – Active
- BLS – AHA or ARC
- 5+ years of RN Case Management experience
- Mandatory inpatient acute/hospital Case Management experience
- Mandatory Discharge Planning experience
- Candidate must specify where they gained their discharge planning experience
- Travel experience required
- Epic experience preferred
- Charge experience preferred
Patient Ratio
- Typically 1:12–1:15
- Can increase to 1:21–1:25 at times.
