Travel RN – Med/Surg (Inpatient Rehab) | Charge Nurse | Nights
Location: UW Health Rehab Hospital — 5115 N Biltmore Ln, Madison, WI 53718
Contract: 13 weeks | Start: 09/15/2026 | Hours: 36/wk (3x12s)
Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM | Weekend/Holidays: Every other weekend + holiday rotation | Call: Yes
Interview: Required | No locals accepted
Unit/Role
- Free-standing acute inpatient rehab hospital (high-acuity; functions similar to Med/Surg)
- Dual role: Charge + bedside RN
- Patient population: Adults requiring inpatient rehabilitation services (stroke, TBI/SCI, amputations, complex ortho, etc.)
- Ratio: ~1:7 | Beds: 49
- Charting: Epic
