Description

Required Certifications

BLS – AHA or ARC
ACLS – AHA or ARC
PALS – AHA or ARC
NIHSS – listed under certifications in the requirements section
Active CA RN License (must be valid/in hand; recent Nursys verification required)

Required Experience

3 years of nursing experience stated in the main requirements
Ambulatory Surgery / Endoscopy experience within the past 2 years
EPIC experience
Experience with conscious sedation – administering, monitoring, and recovery
Endoscopy experience including EGD, ERCP, colonoscopy, bronchoscopy
Scrub and circulate experience
IV starts/maintenance and specimen handling

Other Requirements

Travel experience required
Previous charge experience: Preferred
Community hospital experience: Preferred
Trauma Level I/II experience: Preferred
Weekend: Every other weekend
