Submission Requirements
- Minimum of 1 years CT/PET Experience - [REQUIRED]
- EPIC EMR Experience - [REQUIRED]
- NYS license & ARRT (CT) - [REQUIRED]
- Previous/Current travel experience strongly encouraged
- Contrast injection experience- [REQUIRED]
- GE scanner experience- [preferred]
- NO BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED
- Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.

- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current NY State Rad Tech License, ARRT and BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs)
- Perm address [REQUIRED]
Permanent address must be included in profile. Address must match Driver License/State ID. Address will be validated during compliance process. Travelers from the following counties in New York or within 50 miles from Glens Falls will be considered for travel assignments at Glens Falls at a $62/hr on W2 (Perm address must be included in profile):
