Job Overview

Travel/contract RN role in Charleston, South Carolina
13-week assignment
Day shift, 3x12s: 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM
First-time travelers accepted
Local candidates accepted on a case-by-case basis
Floating within scope may be required

Schedule Expectations

Up to 2 weekend call shifts per 4-week scheduling period
Must work at least one holiday period
Block scheduling may be considered with manager approval and based on unit needs

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in South Carolina
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients

Work Setting

Level I trauma center
Teaching facility
Magnet hospital
Operating room with multiple surgical specialties
RN staff are trained to both scrub and circulate

Additional Notes

Parking permit required; registration fee applies
Hurricane season may involve emergency response assignments
EPIC is used for charting
