Step Down RN Travel Contract
Location
- Cleveland, Ohio
Schedule
- Night shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
- Day shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
- 36 hours per week
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Stepdown (1.5 years of experience)
- Stepdown experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Additional Notes
- Baseline competency exam in medication and ECG is required for all bedside RNs except OR RNs
- Candidates must complete onboarding modules before start
- Government-issued photo ID is required and must be carried while on assignment
- Candidates whose certifications expire within 30 days of start must renew them before start
- Background check must be updated after breaks in service of 2 or more months and annually
- Fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of the signed contract
- Physical exam, fit mask, and eye exam are not required to be updated annually if the candidate remains continuously on assignment without a break in employment
- Latex allergy accommodations are available
