Registered Nurse – Step Down

Job Overview

Location: Newton, Massachusetts
Employment type: Long-term assignment
Contract length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 36-hour day/night rotating schedule, 3x12-hour shifts
Shift times: 7:00 AM–7:30 PM and 7:15 PM–7:15 AM
Includes holiday and weekend rotations

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Massachusetts
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Stepdown experience within the last year
1 year of Stepdown experience
Med Surg / Telemetry experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

Resume
2 references within the past 4 years, including at least 1 supervisor or above in the skill set
Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
Education verification

Massachusetts CORI check
