Practice Manager

Overview

Role Summary

  • Serves as a liaison between physicians, office employees, and other clinical and administrative areas.
  • Oversees daily practice operations, including services, site policies, staff development, and patient flow.
  • Manages staff relations, including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management.
  • Handles scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.
  • Monitors billing and collection functions, budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations.
  • Supports financial, budget, and business goals and may assist with physician compensation system development.
  • Coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other providers.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Illinois
  • Manager experience with 2 years of experience
  • Manager experience within the last year
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Driver's License
  • Family Medicine experience
