Overview

Travel/Contract role in Chesapeake, Virginia
13-week assignment
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
Schedule options: 3x12s or 4x12s
Unit: 6W Med/Surg Tele – Post-Surgical Unit
High-volume post-surgical unit caring for urology and GYN surgical populations
Typical patient ratio: 1:7
Every other weekend, floating, and holidays within the contract are required
Travelers must work two of the three winter holidays

Required Qualifications

Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Valid RN license in Virginia
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
Minimum of two years of recent Med Surg / Telemetry experience
Experience with Epic
RN candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be accepted

Required Certifications

BLS issued by the American Heart Association

Preferred

Previous travel experience
Preferred schedule should be clearly indicated at submission

Completed Qualivis Cover Sheet
Current NURSYS report
All requested time off listed on the Qualivis Cover Sheet
Driver’s license for address verification prior to offer acceptance
