Labor & Delivery RN experienced in high risk labor and delivery, high risk antepartum, triage, circulating in the OR, Epic, CPN/QS, and newborn/infant care
Minimum of 2 years experience required in hospitals with minimum of 150 births a month
Must be willing to float to postpartum if needed
Every other weekend expectation

7-year background check required within 6 months of start
Sex offender search required within 90 days of start
FACIS Level 3 search required within 2 weeks of start and monthly after start
California Medi-Cal search required if FACIS III cannot be run monthly
Employment application must include full 7 years of work history with no gaps
Unit-specific skills checklist required
Candidate must review/sign required pre-start documents
Physical exam required within 1 year of start
Fit test required within 1 year of start and renewed annually
TB screening questionnaire required within 90 days of start and renewed annually
Negative 9-panel drug screen required within 6 months of start
Flu vaccination documentation required during flu season
Color deficiency must be assessed and documented by a licensed healthcare provider before start
