Nurse Manager

Location

  • Concord, Massachusetts

Schedule

  • Days, Monday–Friday
  • 5x8 shifts, 7:00am–4:00pm
  • Every other weekend and holiday on-call coverage for the department

Role Overview

  • Manages staffing, scheduling, timecards, and personnel assignments
  • Serves as charge nurse when working clinically
  • Supports staff education, performance reviews, hiring, quality improvement, and policy development
  • Provides or assists with direct patient care
  • Covers labor and delivery, postpartum, and special care nursery responsibilities as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Valid RN license in Massachusetts
  • Maternal - Newborn (5 years of experience)
  • Maternal - Newborn experience within the last year
  • Labor and Delivery experience
  • NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • NRP

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Inpatient OB certification
  • Familiarity with Kronos

Contract Length

  • 13 weeks
