• Starts on day shift, then switches to PM shift
• 32 hours per week

Contract Length

13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Illinois
• BLS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Long Term Acute Care (2 years of experience)
• Long Term Acute Care experience within the last year
• Long Term Care experience
• Skilled Nursing experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Complete accurate and comprehensive documentation
• Develop and carry out individualized plans of care
• Educate patients and families
• Participate in unit performance improvement and shared governance activities
• Support patient safety, patient experience, and escalation of complex situations
• For clinic and ambulatory RNs: maintain patient flow, answer telephone calls, and perform telephone triage
