Cardiac Cath Lab Tech - Travel Position

Location: Lewiston, Maine
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM with call (weeknights and weekends)
Hours per Week: 36 (guaranteed)

Unit & Work Environment

Department: Cardiovascular Invasive Services – Cath Lab
Trauma Level: Level III
Patient Population: Adult and geriatric
Patient Load: Approximately 10 patients per day
Equipment: GE X-RAY
Electronic Health Record: Epic
No block scheduling or float requirements
Scrub color provided by facility

Required Qualifications

Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Maine
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist, with experience within the last year
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
BLS (Basic Life Support)
ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)

Job Role

Primary role in the Cath Lab, with electrophysiology (EP) or endovascular (EV) experience considered a plus
Call responsibilities required on weeknights and weekends
