Role Summary
- Dual-modality technologist working in CT and X-ray
- Must be comfortable providing OR coverage
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Maryland
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- 1 year of CT Technologist experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ARRT certification
- X-ray experience
Compliance / Onboarding Requirements
- Background check
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check
- HHS/OIG check
- State license verification
- Color vision testing within 12 months of start
- Competency exam
- Physical exam within 12 months of start
- N95 fit test within 12 months of start, completed before start
- Tdap vaccination within 10 years
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months
- TB questionnaire
- Measles, mumps, and rubella immunity documentation
- Hepatitis B immunity or declination
- Varicella immunity documentation
- Negative 9-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
- References from supervisors or charge person
