Role Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Cleveland, Ohio
• Day shift: 4x12 hours, 7:00–19:30
• 48 hours per week
• Contract length: 24 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
• Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Ohio
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• NBRC
• Must include all work history, including any Cleveland Clinic positions, in the profile
• Two recent satisfactory pre-employment references
• Application must include 3 years prior work history, including at least 2 years of clinical practice in an acute care setting and in a similar area to the assignment

Preferred

• Non-RQI BLS is preferred

Schedule / Float

• Weekends as needed
• May float as needed to CCF facilities, including Avon, Euclid, Fairview, Lutheran, and Pulmonary Main Campus

Additional Compliance / Onboarding

• Valid government-issued photo ID must be carried while on assignment
• Criminal background check required prior to start
• Transcript/diploma required
• Unit-specific competency exam required within 12 months of start
• Unit-specific skills checklist required
• Pre-employment physical required within 1 year of start
• Fit mask required within 12 months of start
• Negative 2-step PPD or Quantiferon Gold TB test/T-Spot required within 6 months of start
• Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, and Varicella documentation required
• Negative 10-panel drug screen required within 12 months of start
• Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption required during flu season
• Online training modules must be completed before start
• Badge pickup required before start
• I9/E-Verify attestation required
• FBI and BCI fingerprinting required within 12 months of start
