Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care in accordance with professional nursing standards and organizational policies.
Accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self and others under direction.
Utilize specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills to provide care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland.
Minimum 2 years of recent ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience, including experience within the last year.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
NIH Stroke Scale/Score (NIHSS) certification.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

Candidates may request time off equivalent to 1 week of contracted hours, which can be taken as a single block or split into separate days.
Orientation sessions are scheduled up to 6 weeks in advance; RN orientations occur every other week on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Overtime starts after 48 hours worked.
24 hours unbillable.
1.5x pay for overtime, call back, and holidays.
