Overview
- Travel/Contract RN role in Columbus, Ohio.
- 13-week assignment.
- 36 hours per week.
- Night or day 3x12 schedule.
- Rotating day/night schedule changes every 4 weeks.
- Every other weekend required.
- Float required within OSU.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio.
- Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience).
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year.
- BLS issued by American Heart Association.
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association.
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Experience with IV insulin protocols and insulin drips.
- Strong cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation skills.
- Correctional experience.
Preferred
- None stated.
Notes
- Patient population includes oncology patients and patients admitted for other reasons who have a history of cancer.
- Unit is a corrections unit for Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections inmates and is locked.
