Schedule
- Night shift
- 12-hour shifts
- 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Montana
- Emergency Department experience within the last year
- 1 year of Emergency Department experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) issued by the American Heart Association
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) issued by the American Heart Association
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse
- ACLS, PALS, and TNCC as appropriate for the unit or service
Job Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
- Provide health teaching and counseling
- Perform delegated medical functions and other assigned duties
- Document care according to hospital and regulatory guidelines
- Float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications as needed
- Work on-call during a regularly scheduled shift if required
