Schedule
- Night shift
- 12 hours per day
- 36 hours per week
- Shift time: 6:45 PM–7:15 AM
- Every other weekend
Contract Length
- 16 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Kentucky
- Maternal - Newborn (2 years of experience)
- Maternal - Newborn experience within the last year
- BLS
- NRP-Advanced
- STABLE
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience with Epic
Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and reassessments
- Develop, implement, review, and revise plans of care
- Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor and document responses to clinical interventions
- Provide patient and family education
- Delegate tasks and serve as a mentor/preceptor
- Support teamwork, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
